Starting a new program can be overwhelming for some individuals, and taking it at your own pace is important to ensure long-term success. Therefore, I offer a flexible approach where you can set the pace for the changes you want to make. We will have weekly check-in calls to keep you accountable and motivated throughout the process.


With my program, you can choose from tailored recipe plans that fit your lifestyle and dietary preferences. Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, or have any food allergies, I can create a plan that meets your needs. You will have access to various healthy and delicious recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing you with the necessary nutrients to support your health goals.


During our weekly check-in calls, we will review your progress and discuss any challenges or concerns you encountered the previous week. We will work together to make any necessary adjustments to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.


My approach to holistic nutrition includes personalized supplements and lifestyle recommendations, which will help you achieve optimal health and well-being. Together, we will create a plan tailored to your unique needs. I will provide the support and guidance you need to make positive changes that will benefit your health in the long run.

Program Details

  • During the first consultation call, we will review your health history, current diet and lifestyle habits, and any concerns you may have about your health. This information will help me tailor a nutrition plan that works best for you. We will discuss your goals and expectations and create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

  • Six tailored 1-week menu plans over the course of the three months: Every second week, you will receive a tailored 1-week menu plan that includes a breakdown of 7 days of snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. These recipes are customized to your preferences, dietary needs, and nutritional requirements. You can choose what recipes you want to start with and incorporate them at your own pace. Not everyone can simultaneously take on a whole new program, and that's okay. I am here to help guide you in your journey.

  • In addition to nutrition, we will look at other aspects of your life that can impact your overall health. This includes tailored recommendations for supplements and lifestyle. Supplements can help support your body and fill any nutrient gaps. In contrast, lifestyle changes can help you maintain a healthy balance in your life. Taking a holistic approach can create lasting changes to improve your overall health and well-being.

  • To keep you on track and make any necessary adjustments, we will have weekly 20-minute calls to discuss your progress. This includes an end-of-program discussion to ensure you are confident in continuing to build on your progress. These calls will provide 4 hours of support over the three-month program.

  • By taking a personalized approach to nutrition and health, you can make lasting changes to improve your overall health and well-being.

Program Details

  • Consultation call: The initial consultation call is a one-hour meeting where we will gather information about your health history, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and nutritional deficiencies. We will review the results of any forms you may have completed and discuss your goals and expectations for the program. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and discuss any concerns or challenges you anticipate.

  • Meal Plan: Over the course of the 12-week program, you will receive 6 tailored 1-week menu plans. Each plan will include 7 days of snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes tailored to your preferences and dietary and nutritional needs. Each plan will have 15-20 recipes that are easy to read, nicely laid out, and provide you with a weekly grocery list to make meal prep easier for you.

  • Communication: During the program, we will have weekly 20-minute calls to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your meal plan and lifestyle recommendations. This includes a final discussion at the end of the program to ensure you are confident to continue building on your progress. In total, you will receive 4 hours of support throughout the program.

  • Recommendations: Tailored supplement and lifestyle recommendations will also be provided to help support your health and wellness goals. Based on your needs, this may include incorporating exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and other lifestyle factors that impact your overall health and well-being. This will provide a well-rounded approach to your health and well-being.
